1. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
3. We aim to deliver within 3 working days from receipt of order. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. All delivery times are approximate and we will not be held liable for any compensation or damages as a result of late or non-delivery.
4. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded on receipt within one year of the purchase date. This applies to goods with a manufacturing defect. Camcorder & digital camera batteries within two years.
5. We accept on-line payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Delta, and JCB. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the MasterCard or Visa logos. We operate a deferred payment system so your credit card will not be debited until the goods are ready for despatch.
6. To order goods you must be at least 18 years of age.
7. ALL sizes, weights, run times and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.
8. We reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at our discretion.
9. Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will not debit any accounts. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply goods.
10. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
11. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
