The Barr and Stroud Savannah 8x56 binocular has a rugged construction, brilliant optics and high resolution wide field eyepieces which produce amazing images.
The Savannah is waterproof to a depth of 1.5 metres and has a high degree of mechanical quality which can only be evident when you handle the binocular and use the super smooth focus control.
The Barr and Stroud Savannah range also have the individual eyepiece control just behind the main focus adjustment control instead of in front of the right eyepiece. This makes balancing the binocular to the user’s eyesight much more straight forward.
The Savannah 8x56 can be used in all weather conditions and has a rubber armoured body which protects the binocular from shocks. Filled with nitrogen gas, there is no internal fogging and water is kept out.
The binocular has fully coated optics with BaK-4 phase coated prisms to ensure that as much light as possible reaches the user even in low light conditions.
For the user’s comfort, the binocular has rubber coated twist up eyecups for people whether they need spectacles or not.
The Savannah 8x56 binocular comes with a carrying case, rain guards, tethered lens caps, deluxe strap and a lens cleaning cloth.
